Refund Policy for Toys - 7 Days

At Blix Education Pvt. Ltd., we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, we're happy to help.

Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. The return must be initiated within 7 days of the purchase date.
Return is eligible only on the manufacturing defects, all our products come with a 6-month manufacturing warranty. Refund Process:

Provide Information:
When contacting us, please provide your order number, the name of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Authorization:
Our customer service team will guide you through the return process. You may be required to provide photos of the product to assess its condition.

Return Shipment:
After receiving authorization, pack the item securely and ship it back to the address provided by our customer service team.
Inspection and Approval:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exclusions:
Certain items, such as Queaky which works on coin cell battery will not be eligible to return if the battery is drained, we suggest you to change the battery.
